• As you enter Limerick, continue straight
through both roundabouts. • Continue straight along for
a couple of miles until you reach a set of traffic lights where you
can only turn left. • Immediately after turning left at
these lights you are on a one-way street with two lanes. Take the
right hand lane. • This street quickly turns into three
lanes. At this point take the middle lane. • At the traffic
lights turn right onto Roche’s Street. This is a one-way street
with two lanes. Take the left lane. • At the traffic lights
at the end of Roche’s Street, turn left onto O’Connell
Street. • Eventually you will come to a large statue and
a fountain in the centre of the road. • Continue straight
past the statue/fountain. • St. Joseph’s Church is
about 50 metres past the statue on your left hand side. •
The next building after St. Joseph’s Church is O’Sullivan’s
Pharmacy. • The Pain Relief Clinic is located on the first
floor above O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy. • The entrance
to the Pain Relief Clinic is a timber door with two steps leading
up to it at the side of the pharmacy. • Press the top button
on the intercom system at the door. • When you hear the
door system buzzing, open the door and take a seat in the waiting
room.
